Bash Celebration Boutique is located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Our goal is to ship out orders as soon as possible, and we usually ship within 24 hours of payment receipt, but please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends and Canadian holidays will begin processing the following business day.

- Expedited: Allow 2 business days for your package to arrive. Tracking information will be emailed to you.
- Xpresspost: Allow 2-3 business days for your package to arrive. Tracking information will be emailed to you.
- Priority: Allow 1-2 business days for your package to arrive. Insurance is recommended. Tracking information will be emailed to you.

Your shipping total will be calculated based on weight and destination. Bash Celebration Boutique cannot be responsible for any international custom and duty fees, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier. These fees are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. We are obligated to declare all items as merchandise, and will not mark items as “gift”. We cannot be liable for any delays due to packages held at customs.
Shipping to the US can take up to 10 business days in some cases with standard mail. If you need your order sooner and require expedited shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get you a quote.
Local Delivery/Pick Up
If you live in Peel Region, Halton Hills or surrounding areas and would like to bypass the shipping charges, we can possibly arrange for a pick up of your order. Please contact us at email@example.com and we can chat about a possible pick up. Upon confirmation of pick up details, the shipping charge at checkout will be refunded to you.
At Bash, we pride ourselves on the quality of product we offer our customers. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: RETURN. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form that must be filled out and returned with the product(s). All returns must be authorized via email before shipping.
Only items that are unopened and unused can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded. Please package product(s) in a sturdy box as damaged returns cannot be accepted.
Clearance sale products are final sale and cannot be returned.
We take great care in packaging and sending our products in a timely fashion but in the rare event that you have received the wrong item or there is an item missing or damaged from your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the package at email@example.com with the subject line: MISSING/WRONG/DAMAGED ITEM. For missing/wrong items, we will do everything in our power to ensure you get the correct product as soon as possible. For damaged items, we will send you a claims form to fill out and sign. Please keep the entire contents of the package handy as we may also require photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim.
